Well, the man was caught in multiple home-invasion cases, allegedly to bring useless made-in-China cheap stuff, but it has been shown he actually stole food and intervened on children's education.
He's also violated flying restrictions, and challenged the Jewish nature of the Land of Israel.
His picture has been spotted in many Arab homes and businesses, which lead us to think he may be associated with some Arab terrorist organization.
Even though he's a foreigner, he carried no passport or any sort of documentation with him.
I am glad he was duly arrested and will be deported soon.
